This bar is not the same

This bar used to be a good time and if you asked me last year, I would have agreed with the other reviewers. However, last night I was followed outside by a bartender who accused me of not tipping when we had left cash on the bar. This is just one example of why you should not go to this bar anymore. The staff is rude and it's not the same anymore. With all the bars in Charleston, go somewhere else.

Moe's Crosstown Tavern looks like a shady place but it's actually very good! It's a sports bar-type place with a mixed crowd of students, locals, and professionals. They are open for lunch and offer a wide selection on the menu. The service is good. Our office staff will take lunch breaks at Moe's at least once a week.

I went to Moe's afterwork with co-workers! The drinks were great! I never order burgers in restaurants, but decided to try the BLT Burger. It was absolutely delish! I especially loved the FRESH mozzarella cheese! This is absolutely the best "bar food" if we could even consider this bar food. I just came online to get their number to order lunch for today. I will definitely be a regular!
- Pros: Great food, drinks, and location!
- Cons: Parking... the lady behind the restaurant wrote my tag number down and verbally confronted me about parking in the handicap space in front of her house even though I had a proper decal.
You better believe it !!!

I was in town and checked out the site and I was glad I did! The atmosphere was fun and entertaining. The bartenders were super cool and for an out of towner it was good to be accepted as one of the family. I got a burger and I could see exactly why they get the attention, it was really good food. I lostened my belt had another beer and looked a the game, and I dont watch baseball but I enjoyed everyone else
- Pros: It's all Good !!!
- Cons: More gorgeous waiteresses would be nice

I am first cousin to the owner Mike, and he is a tremendous person. This is reflected in every aspect of the club. I am an accomplished cook, and Moe's does everything right. Go for brunch, enjoy the music and you will be very happy you did. There's a great mix of personalities that go there, all for the same reason. It is a great place to have a beer or a Grand Marnier.
- Pros: Everything
- Cons: Nothing

No-frills, dive bar serves brunch, lunch and dinner offering burgers and chicken wings while offering happy hour and cold cocktails.
best sunday brunch in town!

great drinks, laid-back, unpretentious atmosphere. GREAT staff too!
the real highlight, though, (aside from the obvious great burgers) is the sunday brunch. some of the best eggs benedict i've ever had, and their grits are amazing. wash that down with one of thier great mimosas, and your sunday is off to a great start.
go early or late though, or be ready to wait for a table...which is always worth it.

Truly different but not trying too hard. Moes is the place you go once and you find your self there again and again. With bars in the historic district catering to college students and the tourist crowd Moes is an oasis for all locals. From doctors, bridge workers, grad students, and late night food and bev crowd everyone seems to fit. The food is excelent, including burgers, wraps, and the famous BLT! Also you can't beat the 25 cent wings for happy hour!
Great Neighborhood Bar

One of the few true neighborhood bars in Charleston, well off the beaten tourist path. The burgers are good, but the best item on the menu is the Monte Cristo Sandwich served with a side of maple syrup. Don't miss the hand cut fries and chips. It can get crowded and smoky, especially on Tues. which is half price burger night.
- Pros: great food, local bar, character
- Cons: smoky, crowded
