What users are saying:
We had to call the police !!
by american_beauty
We stayed in this courtyard four times in the past 3 years but something changed there and we will not go back there.
Things get stolen there out of the room while you are out. BEWARE!!!
My son did his mp3-player plug in for charging purpose in our hotelroom. The player with charger and earplugs got stolen out of our hotelroom probably in the evening while we went to a restaurent.
We found out the next day and when we informed the customer service care manager she tried to get rid of us with phrases like "you probably left it somewhere" or "I trust my staff", "it´s probably in lost&found -please ask in a few days again."
But we stayed persistent and she finally asked if we think she should call the Police like we are put on airs. When we said "Yes , do that!" she seemed unpleasently surprised and called the police.
I am glad we did!!!
The room service manager who was also there walked away after the police got called and -guess what- 1 minute before the police entered the lobby she came back with our belongings.
Allegedly the mp3-player with charger and earplugs was stuffed behind the headbord of the bed.
Like any hotel guest would stuff any belongins behind the headboard that is anyway attached to the wall. It was insane!
It was ridiculous!!! Nobody of the staff found a word of apology. "you guys have a safe trip home!" was everything this lady said to us.
In short for you:
They steal your belongings and than try to get rid off you!
We are done with this hotel!!
- Cons: unsafe place !!!!
Moderately priced hotel offers a breakfast buffet, in-room work spaces and other amenities for business travelers.
