condescending employees

I had a terrible experience with this bank. My credit and debit cards were stolen and, though the bank's executives agreed I had taken all necessary steps (police report, reporting lost / stolen cars, etc), they never cleared the account of the fraudulent charges. I later had to pay the charge as well as subsequent late fees simply to get away from the bank. Bank executives literally laughed into the phone after I explained my anger. Letters I had written were responded to in sarcasm.
The lower level employees seem inept. I tried to close my account multiple times and years later, I still receive 0 balance statements from them.
Lastly, they simply have terrible rates and not many ATMs or branches in the Charleston penninsula.

Awesome Credit Union!

South Carolina Federal Credit Union has the nicest staff, and personnel of any company that I have done business with. Their employees there, like Rose and Danielle Repasky are TOP of the line! They deserve a raise in my book! Love the respect and service I received with them! Big THUMBS UP! SC comes highly recommended in my opinion.
