I have been using this place for a year and telling myself it's going to get better, but I have had it! Working in the medical field myself it baffles me how you can enter a job working with children and yet manage to be the least friendly staff I have ever met. They are unhelpful and on occasion just plain rude. I needed copies of something from the records of my son. The MA was just plain rude and certainly talking down to me. When i finally got what I needed I asked the receptionist for the MA's full name but she put me on hold and went away, when she came back she refused to give me it!!! They barely talk, put you in a room where you can be waiting for the Dr for over and hour. He will then waltz in and go through he pre-scripted monologue on what a child this age should be doing and promptly leave with very little, if any conversation. So, tomorrow I am Dr hunting. Ask around before you choose one....
Pros: Location is handy

This was the wort clinic Ive been in. I simply went to "meet the new dr" for my son. There was one old very dirty toy. No one told me that I should wait in the non sick waiting room. I waited 1 hour and no one came into the exam room. the exam room was old, filthy, and contained stained old furniture. I left before I evn saw the dr. I was told they were short staffed. I felt as though I was in a 3dr world country.
Pros: in town
Cons: everything!
