NASTY2011. As for the rating I had to put something! However, it is WAY BELOW even a ONE STAR..... This is the worst place that I have ever lived in.... from sewage backups in apartments with out the carpets being cleaned or changed to mold in the apartments... LIARS IN THE OFFICE!!!! Wall paper painted over along with hair and what ever else finds it's way in corners or on the walls. Stains on carpet... unfinished trim thru out the entire apartment... Very old and unkept.... You can hear everything above you and beside you. Bottom floors flood from rain coming in off the porch. Leaky faucets, the only way to keep your apartment from smelling like mildew is to keep the heat or air on... Nothing on my "move in walk thru check list" has been fixed or cleaned... This place is a health hazard to say the least... I have never felt so filthy in my life.... Pay the extra money elsewhere and if you decide to give this RAT HOLE a try, only sign a 6 mth lease don't let them scare you into signing for a year. You'll be ready to move out within your first month..... My list could go on.. however, the more I think about it the more I want to PUKE... Trust me! My neighbors COMPLETELY AGREE with me!!!!! OH and by the way.... you'll find everyone pays a different amount in RENT. AN ABSOLUTE TRAIN WRECK OF AN APARTMENT COMPLEX..... Did I mention how gross this place is.....LOL…
Exceptional quality of life (NOT). Wow, where do I begin. Churchill used to be an ok place until the new management team took over. The assistant manager is one of the nastiest people, that will smile in your face when you bring your rent to the office and call the police on you because your outside in the parking lot talking to loud. They really need to FIRE her because she does alot of unethical things to people, but when you go to the office and make a complaint about something that your experiencing, she has ever justification you could think of. They send out newsletter that micro-manage the complex, then allows SOME tenants to contradict it. Lord, the playground is nothing but a big sandbox with a beat down wooden swing in it, I have seen better in homeowners backyards. Your kids come home with the sand everywhere, and I mean everywhere. For goodness sakes have they every heard of ringworm. I honestly believe that if the big wigs at the corporate office came down more often, and more tenants stuck to what they know is the right thing, Churchill would be and exceptional quality of life, and living.…
THIS PLACE IS A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. YOU CAN NOT GET ANY PIECE IN YOUR OWN APT. IF ANYONE LIVES ABOVE YOU, YOU HEAR ALL THERE NOISES AND THE FIGHTS THAT GO ON. DON'T GET ME WRONG BUT I LOVE CHILDREN BUT WHEN A PARENT LETS THE KIDS RUN ALL DAY IN THE APT IT IS NOT GOOD. GET WOKE YOU 2:00 AM AND 3:00 AM IN THE MORNINGS WITH PEOPLE ABOVE FIGHTING MAKE LOTS OF NOISE OR STUMPING ALL OVER THE FLOORS. THE APTS ARE OLD AND YOU PAY TO MUCH RENT FOR WHAT YOU GET. CAN'T WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE. MANAGERS ARE NOT KEPT HERE AND MAINTENCE IS NOT HERE LONG EITHER. DON'T MOVE IN HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU CAN'T EVEN HAVE A GUEST OVER THE AGE OF 18 YRS OLD STAY IN YOUR APT MORE THAN 24 HOURS. MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR LEASE BEFORE SIGNING IT.…
Please go elsewhere. This apartment complex is horrible. They have 1 small pool. Property managers that try to get in all your business. You would be better off going else where.. The apts are old and small. Way too many kids and no where for them to really play except on the small patch of land they call a kids playground. Use every excuse to get into the apt to keep tabs on how it's being kept up. Sends out too much junk mail on the door. No real room for kids to play so there in the parking lot areas.…
