Taken care of. Deal with Justin, he's a very nice guy. Before we came here we stop in Holly Hill at Al Bilton ford and the sells man was rude and act like he didnt want take care of us. So thank you Justin and Mcelveen.

Extremely responsive. Extremely responsive- Very Timely- Cordial- and informative. Returned all phone calls quickly. At the present moment- has followed through and delivered with all they have communicated to us. They are the people with whom we would want to work with again in the future.

1st stop. This an incredible “little” dealership with a definite ability to inspire customer loyalty. I have bought a 4 new vehicles and 3 used vehicles here and have never felt anything but comfortable and respected as a customer. Their service department is fast, responsive and very effective. The entire staff are friendly and professional with a unique ability to be there to answer your questions without crowding your shopping experience. I have never found a dealership that is this stellar in every aspect of the automotive experience. If I am living anywhere in the Southeastern U.S., I will only buy here.I recommend McElveen to the low country locals as well as newcomers and visitors to Charleston. They are located right off the interstate in Summerville, the 1st stop before driving into Charleston!

They are wonderful. McElveen is great. I have bought three cars from them in ten years and about to go see them about a fourth one. They are wonderful. It's the only dealership in town as far as I'm concerned.

Best experiance. I took advantage of the C4C program and I couldn't believe I was able to buy a new car so cheap and '0' hassle. Best buying experience I ever had!

She was EXCELLENT!. I was in your shop mid day Monday October 4th 2010. My Ford Windstar check engine light was on. I was in a hurry to get to a meeting. Your service department couldn’t get to me for a few hours, but your excellent, female service writer diagnosed the problem ON THE SPOT and was dead on. I tightened some hoses and re-seated the air filter - and violah! Lean codes and car leak gone! She's young and dark headed, Carolyn maybe? SHE WAS EXCELLENT!
