Been going here since 2001!. I have been going to Grace SalonSpa for my hair and occasional massages and facials since 2001 and love this place! I always enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and friendly, cute staff. I highly recommend this place for all their services and really love what AVEDA is doing with their product line!

the best salon in charleston. I have tried so many salons in Charleston and took two years to find this gem of a place. All the girls who work there are so friendly and down to earth. The location is so convenient, (much better than trying to park downtown) and parking is a cinch. It's right in the middle of Ion, which is an adorably cute little area. I feel like my stylist really cared about me and gave me the most beautiful color I've ever had. My cut is sooo easy for me to take care of at home. She showed me what I was doing wrong with my blowdry, so now I can make it look almost as good as she can at home! Just a few tips made the biggest difference for me. I'm telling all my friends about it. I love this place!

Terrible Aveda Salon. For an Aveda salon I was SO disappointed:( Consultation was rushed and didn't even answer my questions. Then the actual appointment she was so fast and so UN-welcoming I felt like I was bothering her even being there. She ruined my hair and then she charged more than the listed price. SO upset I went there and I will NEVER go back. For an Aveda Salon it was a HUGE disappointment. Really upsetting experience.

What a fabulous place!. My hair looks better than it ever has. The girls who work here are so sweet & accommodating, the space is beautiful & relaxing, & of course the Aveda... I feel great about recommending them to anyone.

My worst nightmare!.
This was by far the worst salon experience that I have ever had! For what I payed I feel that I experienced a trip to the beauty school. I went in for a trim and had 6 inches cut off the girl doing my hair did not cut it even and cried and ran off when she was done.
Do your self a favor pick a different salon!
