If poor customer service was a single word in the dictionary, Southern Belles of Mount Pleasant would be the definition! They don't like children (even though they sell expensive children's clothing) and they do not care about their customers.

Great Merchandise: Awful Customer Service. I only go into Southern Belles when ABSOLUTELY necessary. I can’t stand the way the employees look at you when you open the door. They act like it pains them to assist you. I don’t know what they are looking for in their patrons? Note to owner; please get friendlier sales associates who treat ALL people with respect and concern. I’m sure this is not the 1st time you have heard this OR it might stem from you. If so, that is a shame because you have a great eye and carry wonderful merchandise BUT perception of your store is one of old time “snobbery”.
