HORRIBLE.
Worst experience EVER. Picked out bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses here. They only had a swatch of the mother of the bride dress and when it came in looked NOTHING like what they told us it would. Ordered 8 bridesmaid dresses about 5 or 6 months before the wedding and they finally came in about 3 weeks before the wedding. ALL of them, and I mean ALL of them were too big. I suspect Jean's did this on purpose bc they thought they would get more money from the alterations. Needless to say, we did not take them back to Jean's and each girl took them somewhere different. EVERY place we took them commented on how poorly made the dresses were and how we should take them back to Jean's. Obviously we didn't have time to do that, so I wanted to warn everybody to STAY AWAY. Biggest rip-off in Mt. P in my opionon.

The most unfriendly atmosphere anywhere!.
After buying my wedding dress here almost 17 years ago and having a bad experience I had vowed never to shop at Jean's again. Well 17 years is a long time to hold a grudge so I decided to take my 15-year-old daughter there in our search for that "perfect" prom dress. Unlike the other stores we visited (about 10 in all) our experience at Jean's was extremely unpleasant. Not only were we NEVER spoken to by anyone working there upon our arrival but when we found some dresses that my daughter wanted to try on we were left to guess which dressing room was available for our use because no one ever offered to help us. They did have a dress she liked in the exact size she needed but because of the treatment we received (or lack thereof) we decided that if she ends up choosing that dress we will order if from another store. We walked out of the dressing room, through the store, and out the door without anyone ever acknowledging our presence. When we got in the car, my daughter said, "That store just put me in the worst mood!". Up until that moment, our dress shopping "marathon" (10 stores in two days) had been a fun experience for both of us. When a 15-year-old notices the unfriendly environment this store conveys it is a real problem and not just the imagination of a past, disgruntled customer.
