Ok, I had a great experience. I actually called twice and both ladies that I spoke with were fantastic. I found a house on VRBO that was priced lower than their web site and they honored the price with no problem. If you treat people nice they in turn reciprocate. Very friendly at check in as well.I will have no issues calling them again.

Fred Holland realty has been great to deal with. While we are out of state they are seeing to our home. They offer great customer service while being reliable and honest.

Terrible company to trust with your vacation. Owner and office staff not reliable, trustworthy or organized. No customer service there. There are other companies to book your Folly Vacation house with and I recommend you do so. Fred Holland is the pits.

It was a great Condo with a beautiful view. It was a great Condo with a beautiful view of the west and of the beach. The condo was very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was a great week. We'll be back next year for sure.
