Stay Away. The equipment in this place is always in disrepair, the televisions on the cardio deck hardly ever work and the cardio equipment is in sorry shape. The staff just disappears. The company is obviously more interested in building more clubs to sign up more suckers than they are in taking care of the clubs, and customers, they already have. Look elsewhere!

Great local gym!. Like many others my New Years Resolution was to get back into shape and change my lifestyle. A critical part of that was joining a gym as I knew I wasn't going to succeed trying to workout at home. I checked out four local gyms in my area and chose ESAC. They had by far the most amenities offered for the price and had the most helpful staff. I've been a part of health clubs in past and lost interest rather quickly, what I liked about East Shore was the variety they offered to keep me interested. The racquetball, indoor pool, classes, and boot camps are all things I can see myself keeping up with and staying interested in. So far its been a great experience and I think I'm going to hit my goal!
