If you want your car fixed, don't go to Regency. I went to Regency because it was recommended by my insurance company. They get one star because they went over the car with me on day one and everything seemed fine but, that didn't last long. The estimate doubled from what my insurance estimated not just in price but hours as well. A 4 day job became a 8 day job. When finished they never when over the work they did. Probably because it wasn't finished. Not only was it a shotty repair job but they did a subpar carwash. They forgot to put the car badges on my car. And to top it all of they charged me twice for the work. I am now going to another shop to fix what they were not able to. I strongly recommend going to another shop if you need work done on your vehicle.

WORST BODY SHOP EVER.....MADE MORE DAMAGES THAN THE WRECK. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone. I took my SUV here because they were a USAA listed body shop. BIG MISTAKE!!! They did not fix my frame, my doors, it was a bad paint job, etc.etc. What is worse is that the body shop cut holes in my leather seats and denied it.... I had to get corporate USAA to back me and my car had to go to a completely different body shop... When my car was rear ended I had only owned it for 5 weeks....It was in the shop with Regency for 4 weeks and the other body shop for 4 months.... It took the other body shop over 4 months to correct the damages that Regency caused....And the owner of Regency lied about cutting my leather seats and later had to conceed that he lied and he had to replace my leather seats.... Still to this day my car is not right because of the accident and because of Regency....... I do not feel that my car is safe to drive my children in because of the shotty work that was done at this body shop.... From what I understand they are currently under investigation from USAA and I hope they are pulled from every insuance companies list.
