Don't be taken in

The community is beautiful. You picture yourself walking around the lake, enjoying the sun. What you don't picture is the headaches you will inevitably have to deal with when requesting assistance of any kind from the community's staff. The small bumps along the way wouldn't be so bad if it seemed like the staff cared- but they don't seem to care, and in reality their responsiveness proves that they don't care. Not what you would expect from a community where you are spending $900+ bucks a month on 2 bedroom apartment the size of a shoebox. Not impressed- can't wait for my lease to be up.

• Cons: Unfriendly, unhelpful staff
