Graet customer service. I"ve been coming to this salon for years and I like it. One day I walked in and everything is so different, most of the girls there are also new. At first, I was kind of hesitate to stay because Im not comfortable having new person doing my waxing. At the end, I had decided to give them a try. Although they raised the price a little bit, but the shop looks much better and more contemporary. Anyways, I got my mani/pedi combo done and I was completely satisfied with service. Not only that, my waxing service was fantastic, the lady with the short hair is very good. With the way she waxes, you can tell that she's well-experienced and I didn't feel pain at all. After all, I guess my try was a right choice. From now on, I will come to her for waxing. She is the BOMB!!!
