I have been using Richard's for over 7 years. You hear the horror stories about mechanics, not at Richard's. He is very trustworthy. Richard takes the time to explain the problem with your car. He puts the problem into terms that the average person understands. I have sent a multitude of people to him over the years and will continue to do so in the future. Everyone I have sent there has been pleased with the car service and the customer service. Once you are a customer of Richard's you will not even think about going anywhere else. I am Richard's biggest fan!!!
Pros: Service is extraordinary, will not make unnecessary repairs
