Pawner Beware

Last fall I found myself a little short and needed a small loan to pull me through. (50.00) I had a Jasmine guitar by Takemine worth about 100.00 and a 100 watt PA amp. head I had previously purchased from the same Pawn shop for 60.00 and had repaired.(value 125.00) I Told the new employee (young white male) what I was trying to do and he told me he felt that he could not make me a 50.00 loan based on the age of the equiptment. I took the same two pieces to a N. Chs. Pawn Shop where I have done busines before and recieved a 60.00 Loan, which I repaid. I later returned to purchase a Limited edition Smith and Wesson Lock-Back Military Issue Knife for 40.00. I have not gone back to Moneyman Since!

If your a person of color with precious metals to sell look elsewhere

Money ManHwy 17 N near the Wachovia Bank.my grandmother asked to get some information from Money Man on the price of silver and gold that she had for sale. I went to the store and I was polite and respectful. There were two people behind the counter one young lady and one male. I posed my question regarding the price of silver. The gentlemen

and use that term very loosely, refused to answer my question. Instead he sprouted general nothings. I asked again thinking he many not have understood my question. He response was the same, I don't know, could be anything. The young women said loud enough for me to hear "Why wont you tell her the price of silver?". His response was I don't like the way she looks and its probably stolen anyway. My suggestion is stay away from this clown if you want sell you scrap precious metals.

I MUST ADMIT I WAITED AWHILE TO WRITE THIS REVIEW BECAUSE OF THE ANGER I FELT AFTER LEAVING THIS STORE.
