Amazing Store. I must admit I was skeptical after reading the other reviews, but a friend of mine told me it was the best in the area, so I gave them a shot.

Very clean showroom with a professional and knowledgeable staff.

I purchased a complete audio and video system for mine and my wife's vehicles. No issues or problems with the equipment or install.

I am 100% satisfied and would recommend this business to anyone. First rate facility.

this place is horrible. nothing but inconvience and severe frustration.. the guy below me is exactly correct. DO NOT GO TO CUSTOM CAR STEREO. they treat you like doodoo. You will regret it.

Custom Crooks!. This business has always ripped people off for years. Is there a decent car audio store in Charleston? Not only do they overcharge people, but if you have problems with equipment down the road, they don't want to help you. I would rather deal with a pawn shop before going to "Custom Clowns, Crusty Car Stereo, Custom Crooks!" Save yourself the headache and go some where more reputable.

poor customer service. custom car stereo had my car for way to long, they didn't install what they said they were going to.and would not back up there work
