WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE, EVER!!!!!!!!!!.
Upon arrival it was obvious that the front desk was understaffed. We had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get to a front desk clerk. At that time it seems they put someone out there who hadn't even been trained yet. It took probably around 30-40 minutes to actually get our room, which was not impressive at all. It was Marriott standards minus about 3 stars. The room was not clean, the breakfast was barely edible; looked like it had been shipped in from some factory that morning. Not to mention the staff should be replace with automated machines. They were more rude than helpful in every interaction. I could go on and on about my experience there, but I wouldn't have enough space. Luckily I was able to find different accomodations after two days. Please don't make the same mistake I did and book your vacation with this 1/2 star property, Residence Inn Riverview. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!
