worst spa ever. For 85$ you will get a scrub, a mask and a little bit of a massage. Less than 40 minutes. They call it Specialty Facial with all the bells and whistles. Big disappointment! Huge waste of my gift certificate!

Rude Receptionist. I used to go here before I moved when it first opened and when I moved back to town, I started going again. Everything is completely different! When I called to make an appointment the receptionist put me on hold for 5 minutes! I called back thinking she forgot about me and then she got all rude with me and told me to hold again. After several minutes she finally bothered to pick up and it sounded like she was eating something while I was talking. When I finally got in for an appointment, the girl up front didn't even acknowledge me when I walked in. The actual service I got was alright, but the place seemed different. Not as clean or friendly as I had once remembered, which is a shame because at one time, it used to be the only place in Summerville to go. I don't think I'll ever go back.
