I will never spend my money here again!!!!! We were delivered damaged goods and when the items were scheduled to be delivered again we got a call after the "delivery window" and told our furniture was not on the truck. We had company visiting and cancelled our plans that day for all of us to sit around for nothing. Customer service was useless!!!!!!!

Rooms to go should be ashamed. I purchased a large amount of furniture from the North charleston store and the delivery was a totally stressful situation. These people have no respect or regard to the customer. why would you want to deliever furniture to someones house at 10:00 at night and then never show. I still have not recieved my furniture and it has been 3 days since the actual delivery day. The managers has lied continuously (Jerry Hill). This store should be shut down if it can not be ran by people with knowlegde of customers service and and have a clear perception of integrity and respect for our charleston family. for those of you sho do not know the Pres. is Jerry Brittain, and the Vice-Pres is Charlie Tippon I will be getting in touch Guys. Thanks disfrontal customer

just say no!. a well-constructed business model to allow for maximum sales staff accessibility and quite sparing service staff accessibility....which is brilliant because you will not get service.
