Crazy Bob is the best!!. Had a problem with a remote control for the TV> My husband called Bob to discuss the problem and see if he could fix it. I brought the remote in and left it for him to look at. Got a call the next day the remote was ready.

When I picked it up he told me there was no charge, it had only taken a few minutes. I know where i will be bringing all my appliance repairs. He is honest, friendly, knowledgable and capable!! My husband (Crazy Ed) is very grateful!! Thank you Bob.

Very reasonable prices and very knowledgeable. Bob is a great guy who actually knows what he is talking about. If he does not have what you are looking for he will recommend where you can get it locally. His prices are competitive and has been in Charleston for over 20 years.

Crazy Bob is great. I've used Crazy Bob's (BWC) for both professional and personal business. They've done superb on-site repairs and wouldn't leave until all computers in the network (not just the one I called about) were operating correctly. I've purchased a computer from Crazy Bob's and found his prices fair and timing prompt. I've also used Crazy Bob for data recovery. In every case I was impressed and pleased with the results.

Great customer service, Sales Rep is very polite. I purchased a gaming machine from Crazy Bob's about a month ago (Quad core Intel, Asus P5k Motherboard, 4gb memory, Big water water cooling system, 8800gt oc video card) which was a specialty order machine and when they told me it would be ready the next day it was awesome.... They called me at 2 PM the next day with everything built, ready to go when they ordered all of their parts from California!!!!

Awesome service, extremely fast, I would recommend these guys to anyone..

Also, some of the comments left by these other guys are funny to read... WHERE are you normally allowed behind the counter in any business - there are usually insurance regulations preventing customers from going behind the counter for any reason... Everyone in the shop was extremely nice to be before and after I decided on the computer and I ate up a lot of their time just talking about gaming, cars and what not.... A++++++++

Best place to get your computer Fixed. I tooked my computer to Crazy Bob's recently (formerly BWC Products) and they took care of it pretty fast, it resulted to be a bad motherboard. I called best buy where i got the equipment and they didn't help me or looked like they wanted to talk with me at all. At Crazy Bob's they gave me a few options and let me know before they put the new one in. Now is working pretty nice. They know what they're doing I didn't lost any data. It wasn't the cheapest repair paid about $180 but it was worth it. Thank you Guys for a great job!
