Awesome Service. I was in Charleston for a two day business trip and was caught in the rain. My hair was ruined and I was scheduled to make a presentation to my entire Southeastern management team within 3 hours. I frantically called several salons before being referred to HP by a hotel front desk staffer. I was serviced by a lovely young lady with a name that suited her nicely...Brillyance. She gave me a doo that was not only gorgeous but also versatile. I left there in record time looking and feeling like a million bucks and I rocked that presentation! I am returning to beautiful Charleston next month and look forward to booking another appointment with Brillyance!

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY CHOPPED ME UP !!. THEY CHOPPED MY HAIR UP !!!! ITS UNEVEN AND THEY THINK THEY DID A GOOD !!! JOB ONE SIDE ON LONGER THEN THE OTHER . THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME AND TELL ME TO CALM DOWN , IF IT WAS ONE OF THEM IM SURE THEY WOULDNT BE HAPPY. WHERE DID THEY GET THIER LISCENSE OUT OF A CRACKER JACK BOX!!
