Poor Customer Service on Phone. I called and told person who answered phone name of an annual magazine (long name). She said she was with a customer and would be right back. I waited a couple of minutes and she came back on line. Once again gave long name of magazine. Waited over 10 minutes and she never came back on phone. Finally I hung up and redialed. Another sales person came on phone and put me on hold and I waited again for a couple of minutes and hung up again. Finally on 3rd call the sales person quickly looked up the magazine and said promptly they don't have it. I told her what had happended with the other calls and asked her why did the other person put me on hold for at least 10 minutes whereas she quickly looked it up while I waited. It took the 3rd sales lady less than 1 minute to help me. Piss poor customer service.
