Not pleased with service. I live 45 minutes from this Toys R Us, so I wanted to call and make sure they had the item I need in stock before driving all that way. I've tried calling over and over, and just sit on hold waiting for someone to pick up every single time. Never have gotten through. Decided to take my business elsewhere. Thanks anyways Toys R Us...

PLEASE DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME. Well well well toysrus I really don't know how you are still in business. I have been to the store (8755) and was ignored when trying to ask a question then I called and was on hold for 15 minutes someone picked up and put me on hold again. I stayed on for another 30 minutes and hung up so then I sent an e-mail and was told that I would hear something back in 3-5 days from the store still haven't heard anything so I e-mailed again and haven't heard anything back from that one either. That's alright though they can go screw themselves and I'll take my business somewhere else from now on.

Extreme Price Difference than online prices. I have been looking for a Mcdonalds Food Cart for my Grandson's birthday. I went on line to look for it, checked Toys R US, they showed the item as being out off stock, the price was $9.99. I signed up to be notified by email when product was avialable. Well time got closer to his birthday and we called Toys R Us Store # 8755, located in North Charleston, they were very helpful about letting me know that they had the food cart in stock. I drove to the store and got the item and went to check out and to my supperise the item cost $59-99 + tax total $64.49, Online $9.99. Well I bought it because my grandson's birthday is this week, so I had no choise other than showing up without one. I called toys are us at the Main Office, ask them why the price difference, lady told me that if i had bought it at $9.99 I could be charger $39.99 for shipping, besides it's out of stock, the store can charge you what ever they want to for the merchandise they have in stock, No customer service recieved and had no one else to ask , i even ask for her Supervisor she said she was the supervisor, like I said this is Corporate Offices telling me this. Just beware you can't get what they sell online for the price they advertise, The store can charge what ever they want
