If you quote someone a price for a job then stick to it or at least inform the customer of the added expense prior to them picking it up and you increasing your fee significantly. This has happened to us twice. We should have learned from the first one not to use you or recommend you to anyone. We would not recommend this place due to poor customer service alone. If you do choose to use them then at least get something in writing first. BEWARE do not make our mistake.
