Kevin's encourages customers to file FALSE CLAIMS!!! I took my car to get checked out by Kevin's. It turned out that I needed a transmission that I was not able to afford at that time. The salesperson suggested that I call my auto insurance company and file a false claim. He told me that I should tell them that I hit a pot hole which caused my transmission to fail and that they would handle all the paperwork to get the claim approved. He then pointed to two other vehicles that were being fixed under false claims!!! Kevin's is not for me!!!

I brought a car from somewhere else and was told that Kevin's had did some work on the transmission. My car broke and I called Kevin's and he came on a sunday and picked my car up and fixed it and did not charge me anything. I would recommend Kevin's North Area Transmission to anyone because they do great work and are very nice people.
