I used to use Creech's all of the time for flowers, but not anymore. The receptionist is rude and the manager is lazy. He is never there but out and about. The head florist is a psycho who has temper tantrums, throws flowers around in the room and curses people out on the phone. The flowers are half dead before you get them. Could it be that they make them ahead of time and then put them in the cooler? I would rather go to Publlics and buy my flowers than use Creech's. Less expensive and more bang for your buck. Stay away from them if you want your money's worth.

HORRIBLE! This place ruined the start of my anniversary. My boyfriend had the white tulips(see photos) sent to my work and I when I received them I was extremely embarrased. I seriously could have done a better job myself.

If you check our their page the two look NOTHING alike. My boyfriend called to complain and they gave him an attitude on the phone. Seriosuly? You messed up the order.

When the flowers were finally delievered, I was out of the office and the delivery guy was completely rude to the girl at our front desk. Saying things like "This is ridiculous" and "I dont see what the problem is". He also went on to say that I was a "f'ing spoiled brat". I am sorry if I expect to get what I paid for, but that was completely out of line.

My boyfriend also called to tell the manager about that incident and he seemed to care less. Big mistake on thier part because we both work for hotels that buy flowers for guests/ make reccomendations for guests on floral companies. Sorry Creech's, you just lost A LOT of Hilton business in the Charleston area.

Quality of flowers not always great. My husband used them a few times and each time the roses looked poor on arrival. It is horrible to receive Pink Roses in poor condition. I instructed my husband not to use them again.

My co-worker received a plant from her hubby on Valentines Day and it was horrible, she called to complain, they promised to deliver another one and never did.

To be fair to them, I just don't think they are consistent and the flowers are not always fresh.

Ex: Go Somewhere Else for Quality. I just had these delivered to my girlfriend for Valentine's and will be choosing a different florist from now on. I agree with 2hopper in that Creech's does not use quality flowers. They were already wilting the night my girlfriend brought them home. This place was way too expensive to get such low-quality flowers.

Always a Great Experience. I have been using Creech's for a couple years and have always been very pleased with their service and flowers. My girlfriend is now a fan and has recommended to others for weddings and other occasions. I have had the exact opposite experience of 2hopper!

Poor quality flowers. I was just sent another arrangement from Creech's. Over the years I have never received an arrangement with fresh quality flowers. I never buy from Creech's.
