I have been going to this practice for at least 5 or 6 years and have nothing but good things to say about them. I love the receptionists - very friendly and they always remember who I am even though I am only there 2 or 3 times a year. I had insurance issues and they helped me over and beyond what other practices would do for me. I also live on James Island so they are very convenient. Nice office and even better staff. I see Dr. Rosen and I know she takes her time with me. My previous dermatologist did not. I also appreciate the fact that Dr. Rosen doesn't "push" me to buy tons of cosmetic products like my previous derm. She is more of a "cancer prevention" doctor which is what I need living near the coast. I completely trust her. She has a nurse, Angela, that has been with her forever! Everyone at that practice is wonderful. I always leave with a smile.

Dont Use. Reschedules appointments frequently, office staff is rude, Dr. talks bad about patients when she thinks they don't hear, condescending, arrogant, and rude. Incompetant with "new" technology. It appears that Dr. is looking for quick buck treatment.
