Cutting off the nose to spite the face. What a disappointing experience. The photographs are ok quality but nothing amazing. The sales folks are great at "upselling" and make offers on a whim. I was sold an additional photo session on location for half price as additional service to senior pictures. Pictures were taken and then reviewed with the sales person a few weeks later. She was so rude and acted like it was a chore to show me the pictures, additionally she would not honor the same pricing structure that was offered when I made the appointment. I had already spent over $500 dollars on senior pictures and they still were rude.

I went in willing to spend another $500 for the electronic pictures and walked away without spending another penny. Customer service and loyalty to customers would have assured them a sale. If you do not have to use them don't!

Overpriced and disapointed.... Everything looked great until our actual wedding day... The other photographer was in the background of majority of our photos. The pictures were generic and taken at akward angles. They made us stand and wait after we had already been announced because they didn't get there in time. They dissapeared halfway through the reception and we had to hunt them down to tell them that we were cutting the cake, doing the toasts, etc... We had over 800 photos to choose from but they were all just the same picutre taken over and over. Our wedding was in may and I'm still waiting for them to finish my album in october. Anytime I call or email, it's weeks before I get a response. What's worse, is my favorite pictures were taken by a digital camera by guests....

Not worth the money at all... call Photography by Terry she did my sisters wedding and the pictures were SO much better and they got 3X the amount of pictures in their package as I did for the same price. But she was booked on my date... so I ended up with a big disapointment.

A True Pleasure. After all the hard work and celebration, your wedding photos are all you have left to help you remember the most important day in your life. Charlie Tumbleston was our photographer and his work is fantastic. Charlie has a way of taking shots without you knowing he is anywhere around. When you get your proofs, you are amazed at the unique shots he gets without you even knowing he?s around. Then, there is the Tumbleston staff of technicians/artists. I call them artists because the finish product, your wedding album is a masterpiece when they complete it. Their patience, insight, and desire to please is comparable by none. They made the entire process a pleasure.

Excellent Job. Charles Tumbleston was the perfect choice for our wedding day. Charlie did an excellent job and I am extremely happy with my photographs. I would recommend Charles Tumbleston to anyone.

Amazing photographer - each picture captured the perfect moment.. Amy Tumbleston was amazing. Not only were her pictures phenomenal, but I didn?t even notice that she was there. She was so fast and even my huge family pictures with all 62 aunts, uncles, cousins, etc went really smoothly. You?d think with the number and quality of the huge pictures that there were at least 3 photographers as each picture captured the perfect moment, but she was a one women phenom! - Jenn Z.

Fantastic Job. Amy Tumbleston did a fantastic job at our wedding! She took pictures all night and several of our guests commented on what a great job they think she did. We were thrilled with all our pictures. She photographed every single detail and did exactly what we asked. It is going to be very difficult to choose which ones we want to put in our album. Perfect choice for a wedding in Charleston!. Tumbleston Photography was extremely considerate and professional before, during, and after our ceremony. There are enough things to worry about when planning a wedding then the competency of your photographer. Charlie and his daughter were great and worked with us to customize a package for ourselves, our parents and friends. It?s so easy to use the website in the event others with to order photos as well. Can?t say enough about how professional and helpful the entire staff at Tumbleston was. Perfect choice for a wedding in Charleston!

Best I could have Hoped for. These were the best photographs I could have hoped for. Each one seemed to capture the spirit of the day. Until these photos, I had one good picture of me ? EVER. Now I have 500! Thanks so much to Amy and Julie for being utterly professional and well-prepared, I didn?t even notice they were there! -Kimberly

Great Quality, Very Professional. It seems only fitting to let you know how pleased all of my family is with Tumbleston's superb service. I have now spoken to each of my children and their spouses and every compliment imaginable has been showered on their professional and personal attention to our portraits. Glenn is quite happy with the wallet-sized photos and we are also pleased that they took the special pains to send us some wallets of our family portrait. Thank you! Their advertisement is the quality of your work and will be mentioned to guests in our home.
