Nice and within walking distance to much, but ....
My sisters and I do an annual trip to a new spot. This year we picked Charleston as a nice alternative to the big cities. We rented the entire first floor of the inn so we could have adjoining rooms. The rooms were better than we had anticpated, and the inn is very well kept and tastefully decorated. The breakfast included homemade bread which was a nice touch. However, we all felt the innkeeper was a standoffish. He made several comments about the amount of coffee we consumed - which was just odd considering the amount of money we were spending there. The only other negative was the wife just unlocked the door and came in one afternoon to show her mother around. Again, not big, but just odd.
One of my sisters thought never again there are nicer places, others didn't see it as a big deal.
