Best Rolex AD in Charleston by far. I travel for work and always go into Rolex dealers in every city. I've never seen a better store or met a nicer Rold AD dealer than Peter at Demetre Jewelers. He's an expert with the brand, and I've bought both my Rolex's from him with 100%% satisfaction. If you are buying a Rolex in Charleston, MP Demetre Jewelers if def the place to go!

Great store!. This is a great store that has been in Charleston forever. I have been there many times and have always received excellent service. The family atmosphere is apparent, and I send my friends there always!! My sister, who lives in Europe , is very much looking forward to visiting your store this summer. Thank you all for continuing to be one of the best in town!!!

Rude Service. Demetre Jewelers has been a staple of King Street for years and I always make an effort to choose local businesses whenever I can, however I was thoroughly disappointed with the service I received the last time I went in. I have had watches services and cleaned there for years, and recently took in the same watch to be serviced and before I could even state what I needed to the lady that was behind the desk she rudely told me "we dont service THAT kind of watch here". The watch is a pricey gold watch that they in fact have serviced before. When I tried to ask why not or where I should go instead she quickly brushed me off and acted completely inconvenienced. There was no one else in the store other than myself. I work for a local hotel and constantly have visitors asking where to get fine jewelery, etc. and its a shame that Demetre's will not be at the top of my list anymore. In this economy, bad customer service cant be afforded.

The Most Beautiful Ring In Town. I'm a native Charlestonian who moved to the ATL a couple of years age. I was reminising about the time someone who I was dating bought me an engagement ring from Demetre Jewelers. The ring was actually designed by the son of the company and he told us that the diamond was very unique due to it's color which looked like a canary yellow diamond. When I walked in that day and saw it I thought to myself , that's the ring for me. A few days later I was traveling out of town and the person I was dating surprised me with this ring, there is no other like it that I've seen. Unfourtnately we did not get married, but when that time arrrives again, I will make Demetre Jewelers my place. I still have that ring. I hope the person who gave it to me reads this.

No Better Jeweler. I moved to Atlanta several years ago, and was exposed to every imaginable option that a major city brings. I have explored every option and have found none better than Peter and Demetre Jewelers. They custom designed my wife's engagement and wadding rings, and I have purchased two watches from them. I would highly recommend giving them a chance if you are in the market for jewelry!

Great Jewelry store.. I just bought my first Rolex from Demetre's. It was a fantastic experience. I had spent many hours over the past six months "looking" and unlike the other stores in town, they were always helpful and never impatient with my indecision. So I decided to buy the watch from them. The watch saleman, Peter is great- very knowledgable. It"s a local family run store, so I'm glad my money is staying in town.
