Definite Tourist Bar. Located on the Market, it aims for the tourist foot-traffic. Not really a locals bar, you'll not get the Charleston flavor here (unless you want to watch tourist carriages go by). Being on the market, it (like all the other bars in this district) tends to be pricey for drinking.
