Another Great Trip to Bits of Lace. I cannot count the number of times I have been to this store, or the number of bras my wife bought. But I know she won't go anywhere else to be sized or select her next new bra or other "under-thingies".

I just love how they make her look, and she loves how they (the staff and the bras) make her feel. Customer's for life.

Bits of Lace is my Bossom Buddy. I never thought I would say it, but I actually enjoyed being fitted for a bra!!! My breast size is larger and fuller than the average lady, shopping for a bra was up there w/bathing suit shopping. But not today, I couldn't be happier with my NEW bras!!! The ladies that fitted me was phenomenal and I felt special and cared for, most of all she made me feel comfortable during the whole fitting experience! I highly recommend them and I do mean HIGHLY!!!!

Lousy customer service. I was extremely disappointed in the way my wife was treated. The experience was totally not in line with the high end level of the product. We will never shop there again and never recommend them to anyone.

Quick and painless. I researched a PrimaDonna product I was interested online and found that it was at Bits of Lace, so I read some reviews and made my way over. They had exactly the bra that I wanted and they were so professional during the sizing, which made me very comfortable. I love to support independent businesses, and this one just got added to my list.

Catty, Insulting Saleswomen. I went to Bits of Lace to find a good selection of sizes and styles in bras. After consulting with the salesgirls, I was told that my bra made my breasts look like a "bowling ball", and they showed me towards a particularly matronly-looking bra as a substitute. I thanked them and bought my favorite "bowling ball" bra online.
