Avoid what I experienced, use another carpet cleaning service. Brian left me with an unclean carpet! He knew he did not do the job, admitted to me he left it with 'traffic' areas still very dirty, and did not rectify the situation or offer a refund. He provided the quote, received the check, and did NOT perform the work.
