I have been very happy with 1 Sterling Place particularly because of the great job they do while screening tenants. Because this is so important to me, they work with me when deciding on choosing an applicant. I may even go too far sometimes with my requests of them, but they never say no and are always willing to work with me.

Sterling has a well organized lease system that lets both the landlord and tenant know what is expected of them. They work hard and I appreciate all they do. I am looking forward to our ongoing business relationship.

They got high quality renters much quicker than I could have done on my own. I hired them mainly for this reason and they did exactly what I needed from them. The staff is friendly and professional.

Steals money.. The staff is great, but the CEO of the company is horrible. Rachel Lindsay doesn't deserve this job. She should be in jail with how many people she has scammed. I don't even know if the actual owners of the house know of what she is doing.

Google "P & L Property Management reviews". That is the name they used to go by. The first things that pop up are "ripoffreport" "compaints" and even if you check out 1 Sterling Place on yahoo reviews you'll see a bunch way down. Just google both names of the company and the CEO's name, Rachel Lindsay. Do your research before you even THINK about signing a lease. I did it after a run in with her and I saw plenty of horrible reviews. Even neighbors warned me about her. I regret ever signing a lease with this woman.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. This is not a place to rent if you are not Mrs Cleaver who can stay home and spit shine the floors and leave a spotless house. If you have kids you must pick up after them right after they stop playing with a toy. If you fail to do so, you WILL be inviolation of the tenant aggreement and chances are you will be fined. This woman is nothing but a cut throat who is only out for what money she can get out of you. She will enter your home without notice reguardless if you are home or not. She will take picture of your disorganized boxes when you begin moving in and months later after you pay your rent she will file an eviction notice and use those picture against you in court. And she will win because, although not proven, she seems to have a good relationship with the judge who oversees the eviction hearing and that person will rule in her favor. So in a nut shell-RUN! You don't want to rent from this person ever in your life. Oh and the good reviews are written by her friends because this company has so many bad reviews.

RUN AWAY FAST. Rachel is a crazy woman that will show up your house, without notice!! & If you are home, she won't even knock. She will just use her key & let herself in. Hope you don't ever get naked in your living room. If & WHEN you have a problem here, she will blame it all on you. She is a liar. She lies under oath. She may even wait until you pay your rent EARLY & then evict you & give you a 10 day notice & not give you any of your rent money back. She is like the devil. Please, if you like your peace & privacy & don't want problems with your property manager... GO SOME WHERE ELSE!! I have been watching these reviews sights for a while!! The ones like I write, ARE TRUE!! All the other ones, I guarantee that the crazy lady wrote them because she knew there were too many on here telling the truth!! All the other ones, LIES!!!
