worst tax place ever. We paid over 300 dollars for their services. One year later we get a notice from the IRS saying we owe $2,000. First thing we do is go through our packet, there is a 1099 that is in the packet, but not anywhere on the form. Go to Liberty, and they review it for a couple of days. Best thing they can say is they "made a gross error but you owe the money to the IRS"!!! You filled it out. Now it is our problem? No refund for the $300 and they offer to put us on a payment plan. When we mention that it was their person that messed it up they stated "the IRS doesn't care who did it, but you will have to pay them"!!! Save your money and screw up your own taxes. You'll come out cheaper doing it yourself!!!!
