My new LOVE!!!. I used to buy a bunch of groupons for facials and waxing and then I found Facelogic! I see Sarah and she is AMAZING!!! I became a member and hooked after my facial. I love every bit of them! I started out with a Signature facial, but I do upgrade to Elites everytime because I see a HUGE difference in my skin. I never have recieved so much massage during a facial and with 3 kids i NEED every bit of it!! I highly recommend it to my friends and family and they all are now members and we make it a girls weekend ;) Thanks Sarah! And I will add that the chair is one of the most comfortable things i have every laid in!!

Excellence is our motto.... Dear Mel800...

You response was very unusual...and so we want to respond to let you know that facelogic ia based on exceptional100% customer satisfaction and high quality...we invite you to contact us directly so we can better understand your concern and offer you the same experience that many customers rave about.

The fact that you saw a microderm machine is very odd, as this machine is never in view or exposed to clients..it is small, quiet and clients are relaxing with their eyes closed during this amazing treatment...Also, it is our policy that NO skin care therapist every leaves the room during treatment...so that is very odd statement and we would love to learn more about your personal experience with that.

The fact that we use a "rest your back" Anti gravity chair is one of the signature features of Facelogic..it is one of the many reasons clients return over and over again..it is not your "typical" table...but a stress reducing treatment in and of itself by relieving the pressure from the spine , while clients enjoy their facial/massage session.

Again, we certainly do not like to hear about any negative experience, and invite you to come in for your complimentary treatment after we learn more about your incident...Customer service is one of our key components at facelogic, and we certainly do not take lightly any dissatisfaction.

Please contact the owner or spa director for follow up...

As always, it is our pleasure and our mission to provide high quality services with exceptional customer care and affordable prices...

You get what you pay for!. For my birthday I received a gift certificate for Facelogic, from a friend. I have visited many spas in the past but this place is anything but a spa. After beeing greeted by the very bored receptionist, I was escorted to the back area, which was one big room divided with curtains. Each partition was absolutely tiny, big enough to fit a recliner, not even a proper facial chair. I had gotten their "elite" facial as a gift and the esthetician recommended their microdermabrasion treatment. After that she walked out of the room and returned after about 5 minutes with what looked like a machine in a small suitcase. She then proceeded to analyse my skin and proudly announced that I have combination skin. I have anything but combination skin but that aside. With the microderm treatment they use their own brand products. Microderm itself felt like a set of rollers on my skin. The esthetician then applied a mask on my face and after what it seemed a quick rub of massage oil on my arms left the room for the next 15 mins or so.

Upon returning she started the hard core sales technique, even though I informed her that I was happy with the products I use at home and this was just a treat for my birthday. I went there for an hour of relaxation but with the constant chattering from the other estheticians and their clients I couldn't relax. The microdermabrasion treatment I got there didn't do anything for my skin.
