Bad Attitude,bad service. Out doing some local X-mas shopping I went in to get a jacket for my daughter that she wanted.$165, a lot for an 11 year old, but a good brand so I splurged.I walked to the counter, but the jacket down and waited for the guy to look up.We he finally does it is with annoyance."Return?," He askes with contempt. "No,Why?"I ask with a smile.

He acts further annoyed that I ask why he thought this and explains that people often buy a lot and then make returns.I am aware of this because I have a high end clothes shop in the neighborhood and have for 10 years.In all those years I've never asked if they were returning something straight away without greeting someone.

He then goes on to ask for my driver's license when I hand him my credit card,I joke, 'So I'm a returner and a thief?"

This causes him to scowl and dismiss me by chastising me for thinking this, choosing not to joke back or even smile.

He then looks down and let's me walk away without thanking me for my purchase or saying good-bye.

My daughter will be crushed that this is our last purchase from Half Moon Outfitters.
