this is the best moving company i have ever used. recently they were involved in my move, which was a single bed room apartment move. their sales team organized. They also offered me a great deal and the movers did the rest. they came on time, completed the move without any hiccups and maintained the deadline. i am very happy with their service and i do believe that they are really the best in business.

Terrible experience. Would give negative stars if I could.

They seriously low-balled their estimate, then upped the price at the last minute AFTER loading all my stuff in the truck. This was also after they showed up 6 hours later than scheduled, which meant that customer service was unavailable by phone to complain. They repeatedly told me by phone that any additional charges would be based on if the WEIGHT of my move went over the quoted amount and that this would be determined by comparison of DOT weigh-station documents for the moving truck empty vs. full. I was later told that additional charges would be based on volume, and since loaded stuff measured more than they anticipated, I owed and additional $700 -- that's a 24% last-minute up-charge!!! Oh, and they demand that move-day extra charges be paid by cash or money order, so you have NO recourse (can't do charge back or stop check).

When I was FINALLY called back after two weeks of leaving messages, the person who called me back said he was the owner, though the name he gave is NOT the name listed with the Better Business Bureau as the company owner. In any case, this person was EXTRAORDINARILY rude. He would ask me a question, I would answer, and a few words into my answer he would interrupt me. He talked over me on several occasions, he yelled at me repeatedly, and even used profanity when I would not give in to his brow-beating.

Ironically, when he was using the profanity, it was to call me a f-ing liar, which is exactly what he was. He insisted that I was given a revised estimate PRIOR to my things being loaded on the truck, which I was not, but later said that they base the additional charges on where the loaded stuff comes to in the truck because there are lines inside that indicate the actual volume. Can't have it both ways!! Can't say that they based the charges on how it loaded while also saying that they told me about those charges before the stuff was loaded. Yet, this is exactly the circular non-logic that this supposed "owner of the company" tried to feed me while yelling at and insulting me. Basically, I feel he was trying to intimidate me into going away and shutting up. But I will not go away nor keep quite. I will be posting this experience EVERYWHERE I can online to warn the rest of you to NOT use this company.

Terrible, terrible, terrible!!!!!! Do NOT use this company.

FYI: This is a multi-state business. They list phone numbers and addresses in various cities, but they are ALL run by a central location in Tampa, FL. And all of the "local" phone numbers forward to their central office in FL. That is why I am posting this same review under ALL of their "locations".

Though I used them just once but that was enough for me to release that the movers of this company are one of the finest among all. They are very organized, punctual, professional, talented and extremely committed. They did everything possible for my move and gave me a very smooth move. I am sure that these movers regularly satisfy their clients.

Polite and so careful. You never know with moving companies and I used them twice in the same month for two different moves. The guys were polite and so careful. On the second move, the driver found a short cut to save drive time. I was impressed with that. They handled everything with care. They showed up early. The office people are so cool.

Great Movers!. Wonderful movers! I use them for all my moves. The are efficient, courteous, and careful. They rescued me when another moving company bailed on me last minute. I will always use them for all my moves and recommend them to all my clients. If you are looking for an A+ move Best Movers of America are the best!
