Expert, personal service. As a physician in private practice, our computer needs are always critical and require timely response. Norm Delson is truly a refreshing expert that we have found who can more meet those needs. Not only is his service timely, but delivered with full, understandable logic clearly based on a vast experience. He is always pleasant regardless of the simplicity of my computer-challenged questions and always provides practical, cost-effective solutions. In a practice for many years using various computer applications, I have never seen this high degree of quality and honesty.
