Poor Management and Customer Service.
Very poor customer service. Management is not at all helpful to resolve any issues. They do not return calls so you have to be persistant. It became obvious the customer doesnt really matter when you have a million dollar business.
Detached Customer Service at best - Arrogant at worst.
The have two locations, one downtown and one in MT Pleasant. The equipment is okay but getting a bit old. However that is great compared to the customer service you get there. My experience like several of my friends has sent us running to read the fine print of our contacts for a release clause. Typically surly and dismissive at the reception. They have this habit of hiring disinterested customer service staff. The soap frequently runs out, towels are reluctantly handed out and sweat towels are few and far between. The only good thing is I have noticed there are fewer and fewer people - so I guess customers are voting with their feet. I know I will be.
