Poor Deli service

I usually have to wait a long time at the Deli counter. I waited nearly 15 minutes last night on 10-12-09 for 1 lb of deli meat. There were 3 people behind the deli counter but only ONE person waiting on the patrons. Poor, poor service. This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened. It is an ongoing problem.
