deli and bakery customer service. The people behind the bakery counter are almost always rude, they stand around in a small clique and act annoyed if you need their help. I have asked them to slice bread for me and twice I got the bread back all squished into the bag. I never use the deli because the service is ridiculously slow there. Many of the check out cashiers are rude and if you call the general manager ( on your receipt) they will just agree with you but there is no improvement in customer service- there are a few really nice employees there but over all service is rude and store is getting increasingly dirtier- i would give zero stars but you have to give at least one to publish review

Poor Deli service. I usually have to wait a long time at the Deli counter. I waited nearly 15 minutes last night on 10-12-09 for 1 lb of deli meat. There were 3 people behind the deli counter but only ONE person waiting on the patrons. Poor, poor service. This is not the 1st or 2nd time this has happened. It is an ongoing problem.
