Most incompetent pharmacy I've ever encountered. In the past six months, Rite Aid has made an error with my prescription every single time I have had to get a refill. Errors include:

--giving me 2/3 of the number of pills I was prescribed, repeatedly

--telling me my insurance no longer covered me, when in fact it did (turns out they had been calling the wrong insurance company)

--telling me my doctor refused my prescription when he didn't (I assume they'd been calling the wrong doctor, but they never offered an explanation for that one)

--general inability to complete a refill by the time promised

I stayed with Rite Aid for several months because it was the most geographically convenient pharmacy, but the general stress and inconvenience caused by their incompetence is outweighs location.

Flu clinics are held at various locations throughout the flu season.
