Charleston's Finest Corned Beef Sandwich. Located just down the road from Roper/St. Francis, Lowes, and the Bees Ferry/Glen McConnell area, Parson Jack's is a hidden gem.

Despite its unassuming exterior in a small strip mall, once you walk into Parson Jack's you'll immediate notice a warm, inviting atmosphere. Technically you might call it a 'sports bar' with the abundance of big screen TVs in the bar area. Which is cool. But they have an ample seating area outside of the bar area that features oversized booths, nice, indirect lighting and comfortable, appealing decor.

But that's not why you want to come to PJ's. You want to come fore the awesome Corned Beef sandwich. They say they make the corned beef themselves over a several week period. They brag that it is among the best in South Carolina, and I can find no way to dispute that claim. it is certainly one of the most tasty fares to be found in this section of Charleston.

I'd make a special trip to return to Parson Jack's. The dog-themed pub is a delight to visit.
