Worst Sushi I have ever had. I ordered take out from Bushido. First, they seem to miss the online orders even though they charge a $3 service fee for ordering online. This was our second time ordering online and both times they didnt start to make the food until we got there to pick it up. They also were not apolagetic in the least.

I ordered the Spicy Sashimi salad, the spicy tuna roll, and the sashimi spicy tuna roll. The $10 Spicy Sashimi salad was not very good. The fish tasted like it was not the freshest and did not taste like sushi grade fish. I threw away nearly the whole thing.

The Sashimi spicy tuna roll was also terrible. I threw away the entire thing. The fish also did not taste sushi grade and was not fresh tasting.

The spicy tuna roll fish was terrible as well, the only thing that made it more edible was the rice. For $30 of food I expected more than rice. There was no spicy sauce on the spicy tuna roll either.

My wife had the ribeye hubachi and the steamed dumplings. Hers were ok but not great.

Awesome sushi & spicy tuna hand roll!. I did the Spicy Tuna Challenge and it was ridiculously HOT!!! I finished it after what seems like eternity. My mouth was in PAIN and the only thing that kept me going was seeing all those pictures on the wall. There's so much more crazy people like me than I thought!

Definitely coming back. I live in west Ashley and I can't believe I haven't heard about Bushido's. I'm glad I brought my family there because its the best sushi and hibachi we've had thus far. I have a 3 and 5 year old and I'm happy I dont have to sit next to strangers around the hibachi table and wait a really long time to get our food. Definitely coming back.

Bushido is the best Japanese restaurant in Charleston period. I'm a regular at Bushido's and have not had a bad experience from day one. There have been a few days when I had to wait longer than usual to get sat, but that's expected from any busy restaurant. Keep up the good work!

welome home. if there is one thing about bushido that i love more than their food its the feeling that i get when i eat there. theres nothing like walking in the door and being adressed by my name. the servers know my order and drink. i would have to say since man vs food that food takes a longer time however it never stops being amazing. the prices are affordable and the quality of the food is uncomparable. bushido is like coming home. you can always find me there.

not coming back. staff was not friendly, they don't check on you if you need drink refills etc. nobody checked on us the whole time we where there. the food came out after an hour or so, and they're just appetizers. i wonder how many hours it would take them if we actually ordered entrees. and they weren't even busy that night.

i wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!. I will never go to Bushido again. Had a group of 6 and only 5 of us got sushi. It took over an hour to get our food and they charged us gratuity for the group. Asked why it took so long and was told that they like to serve the smaller groups first over the larger groups. WOW!! what service!
