Great Salon/Spa offering great services.
Capelli Bliss is conveniently located by Charleston airport/Tanger Outlet/ and Charleston Civic Center. They have late evening hours most days. Their services include hair, nails, skin, and massage therapy.
The awesome Ray is the owner/manager and is a most fantastic stylist. I was so glad to have found him. I have not had the pleasure of the other staff to cut my hair, but they all seem to have a very decent amount clientele.
I also enjoy Capelli Bliss because it isn?t so overly bougie. The salon is a open floor plan so it?s flows nicely. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff is great and they do have a website that lists their services.
Most people I have sent over there have not had a bad word about Capelli Bliss and are most happy with the services they have gotten.
So if you are looking for a new salon or are in the airport area give them a try, you won?t be disappointed.
