Refused to Fix Installation Problems

After having our entire new house done with wood floors and tile from this vendor, they would not readily respond to our complaints that the tile seemed to be installed improperly. After sending numerous emails showing the mold around the shower, they sent someone to fix but did not acknowledge the problems with the floor tiles. Every room that had tile, the tiles were starting to move, crack and pop as you walked on them. We have made several attempts in person and on the phone to have them look at it and they would not even come to see the problem. Now we have been informed it is no longer under warranty. We are looking at over $5000 in rip out and repairs as well as the problems we have lived with since we moved in. We will never use them again.

love the floors we bought, many problems with this vendor. first problem is they don't always return phone calls, we had ordered flooring and were calling to see when it was in as floor installs were scheduled to be at our house to begin work based on the date we were told flooring would arrive. i had to call for 2 days to get someone who could tell me if my floors were in (someone even promised they would call back that day and did not!) then our tmouldings arrived in the wrong wood grain. instead of ordering the correct ones they offered to give them to us for free. i didn't care if they were free because they were not even close to matching our new floors, just wanted to right grain that should have been ordered the first time. the sales person then had the nerve to say "well, these aren't going to be free, i'll have to charge you if i have to re-order them" can you believe that?! we just dropped over $3k in materials only for these floors, did they actually think i would mind paying for mouldings i was going to purchase to begin with?!? to top off my experience, we ended up woth 4 new un-opened boxes that they now will not return. good bye $300
if you do decide to buy there, just make sure you order pretty close to exactly what is needed and don't expect any customer service after they have your money.
