Way Over Priced!!. i can get a complete month for just over what they charge for one single tanning session! Yeah, I know all about how good the beds are suppose to be but I get the same tan in other places for so much less. 25.00 for one tanning session...seriously?? I just went to a salon for $8 and got as much or more of a tanning than the one session there. n ever again....spend your money somewhere else and get the same thing for less.
LOVE EM. I went to ultratan in summerville sc across from Wal-mart a few years ago and a mystic tan which did not go very well bc i didn't follow the instructions properly but they allowed me to come back in and do a complimentary mystic to fix the lines. I just decided that i wanted to tan in a tanning bed so i went up there yesterday and signed up on their level 2 monthly beds. The staff were absolutely amazing... very sweet, helpful, and assisting. They were a little pricy but it is well worth the money that you pay. They recommended for me to try the black 20x bronzer, honey face facts, tan boost serum and i also recommend that for any others wanting to tan these products are great. I also bought the tattoo stick and for anyone that tans and has tattoos this product is awesome is will ensure that your color does not fade from tanning. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE GUYS!!!!!
I agree. the staff at ultra tan in summerville on Berkeley Circle is amazing came in the first time to do mystic for a wedding party I was attending they explained everything to me and walked me back there to assure I knew what I was doing. As I was leaving the salon I was told they would love to see me again. I have been back numerous times and every experience has been just as great.I have met the manager and let her know how great her staff was and she said she appreciated me being a customer. LOVE THEM.
that horrible review was posted over a year ago.. I have been recently been tanning at the ultra tan in Summerville and LOVE the staff and manager there. I have been tanning for years and never have had such a great experience with a staff like this one. Keep up the great work.
I did the mystic tan my first time and I was really nervous that it would turn out orange. It looked amazing! It was very natural looking, and the employees explained it very well. It was half off because it was my first time. Actually i was very impressed with the results.
I don't know what might have gone wrong- but everything was great when I went.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!. I have visited this salon on several occasions and have never had a problem with the staff until recently. On this particular day my husband and I had a VIP event to attend that evening so I wanted to freshen up my tan. I requested the mystic tan. When I went back to use the machine it wasn't working properly. Instead of it mysting the tanning solution it started to spray out large drops and streaking solution all over my body, I quickly got out frantically toweling myself off i looked in the mirror and saw the horrific black lines of solution I had staining my entire body. I ran out to show the attendant, she frantically called her manager who advised her to hand me a bottle of windex and a towel and instructed me towel off with WINDEX! I WAS MORITFIED! several other customers witnessed the horrific effect of my session. I Demanded a REFUND and was told by the attendant that she could not do so she was to busy checking other customers in and that her mnger would call me tomorrow . Once I had showered I had to fix what was left I drove across town to the Ultra tan in Goosecreek and paid another $25 for another mystic session to fix the previous results. I awaited the mngts call .The next day she called to inform me that corporate has a poilcy that they do not ISSUE CASH REFUNDS instead I was offered 2 complimentary mystic sessions? Her response to my complaint was Well it's not my fault its broken, this is corporates descicion. I am so disgusted at how I was treated! I called corporate I spoke with a receptionist she and I discussed my expereience and she said she would relay the message to the regional and district managers and they would call me directly. I awaited their call and not to my surprise I didn't recieve a call. I had to call them back, once again no one would speak to me directly and again I was told that the managers were in agreement that ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND would be given. NOW I ASK YOU IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE? BUYER BEWARE!!
