Customer service HORRIBLE. Took my bike to be serviced, service writer wrote me up after a wait then I went on my way. Three days later I received a call from them saying I needed some more maintenance, they said it would cost extra and wanted my permission. I gave them permission and did not hear back from them for two and a half weeks, when I had to call them. I ended up driving over there and talking to the mechanic who said the bike did not need the extra work but my bill still reflected it. All in all I waited a month and was charged 5 hours of labor for horrible customer relations, no military discount and a lack of honesty with the customer. My bike sat there for a month and not even little things were done to it to reflect the work.(i.e. Zip ties as hoes clamps, mismatch hardware, and small adjustment.) I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
BEST DEALERSHIP IN LOW COUNTRY. Velocity has the best prices and service in lowcountry. Shopped all the dealerships and Velocity gave me the best price upfront on a new Honda motorcycle. The salesman Paul was great! Also, their service department rocks!
Couldn't have been happier!!!!. I cannot even begin to tell you how knowledgeable the employees are at Velocity. I had to deal with the parts department since I purchased a bike from them a year or two ago and needed some extra bling to put on it. The parts manager went way out of his way to see to it that I got exactly what I needed since there was some confusion when it was looked up in a parts catalog, but that had nothing to do with Velocity. The guys at the parts counter are so funny and make it enjoyable to be there, and to be a customer. I couldn't recommend anywhere else, they've got everything there! Plus the store is huge and clean, which is hard to come by around in the lowcountry. If you have a bike, want a bike, or need something extra for your bike, Velocity is the place to go!

I was greeted with a friendly smile and treated like I was part of the Velocity Family.,My sales person went over the features of my new bike introduced me to the parts manager Dan and the service manager Billy. Keep up the good work and ill be back to get a Sea-Doo.

Not willing to Negotiate. This is my first time writing a review and unfortunately it's not a good one. My husband and I had already been to another dealer but decided to call Velocity to see if they had a better deal. We explained that we were from outta town and we wanted the drive to be worth it. We were told to come on in and that they would get us a much better deal. We drove an hour to Velocity and when we got there not only did they not have the products we wanted but they were only willing to match the price. Not what we were told on the phone at all. I guess they thought if they could get us on sight we would just buy from them. I was very dissapointed in how they dealt with us as potential buyers. We went back to the original dealer and they got us what we wanted at the right price. The one they promised. Overall, we had a horrible experience with Velocity and I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anyone.
Avoid this delearship..
Went to buy motorcycle... Manager wanted only to play games. Went to Champion Honda, salesperson shot straight and was easy to negotiate with. Ended up with a much better deal.
I will not give Velocity any of my business at all. Since they are not receptive to negotiating, I would remind them they are not the only game in town.
